Common Questions

What should I expect at my first session?

We start with a movement assessment to understand your current fitness level, mobility, and any limitations. Then we set goals together and get right into training. Come in comfortable workout clothes and bring water.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

Absolutely not. Every program is customized to where you are right now. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, I meet you where you are and build from there.

What's your cancellation policy?

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. Life happens — just communicate early.

Do you offer nutrition coaching?

Yes. I offer standalone nutrition consultations as well as nutrition coaching bundled with training packages. We'll build a sustainable meal plan around your goals — no crash diets or restriction.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is collected at the time of booking. Packages can be paid upfront or split into installments.

Where do you train?

Sessions are held at a private training facility. I also offer outdoor training and can accommodate home visits for select packages. Location details are shared upon booking.
