If you don't show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee is forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of prepayment for future bookings.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you paid via Stripe, you'll see the refund in your bank statement.
We understand life happens. You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Simply contact us or book a new slot through our booking page.
In the rare event that the trainer needs to cancel a session, you'll be offered a full reschedule at your convenience or a complete refund.
